Pharmacy Nomination 

Please Nominate Ashworths Pharmacy as your Nominated Pharmacy for your prescriptions from your GP to be sent electronically to us in a very swift and smooth manner. We will process and dispense it immediately upon receiving your prescriptions. All you need to do is collect it from us or if it is required, we can deliver it to you. 

You no longer need to collect or drop off your prescriptions as it is now largely all done electronically.

How to nominate Ashworths Pharmacy?

There are three ways to formally nominate Ashworths Pharmacy as your Nominated Pharmacy to receive your electronic prescriptions:

- Via your GP practice

Please speak to your GP reception team or your GP directly to choose Ashworths Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy.

- Via the NHS App

You can also select us as your nominated pharmacy on the NHS App.To set this up, please see the attached link: NHS App   

- Via Informing Ashworths Pharmacy directly

You can do this either in person or via completing the Online Form below and submitting this request to us directly.
